Teens face real challenges—and with the right support, they can gain the tools to face them with confidence.
While my primary focus is working with adults, I also offer
individual therapy for teens aged 16 and older—especially when
they themselves are open to the process and have the support
of their parent or guardian. Adolescence can bring a wide range
of challenges, from stress, anxiety, and identity questions to
family or academic pressures. With the right support, teens can
develop the tools they need to navigate these experiences with
more confidence and resilience.
Before beginning any therapeutic work, I offer an initial
consultation that includes both the teen and their caregiver(s).
This gives us a chance to talk through expectations, answer any
questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit. From
there, we can thoughtfully decide on next steps, always keeping
the teen’s voice and well-being at the center of the process.
